Why True North?
A compass never argues with the weather.
True north does not move. Circumstances change, culture changes, pressure changes — but a compass still points the same direction.
Young men are handed a thousand competing headings: trends, algorithms, crowds, and whatever the loudest voice in the room happens to be saying that week. Follow those and you move fast in a direction you never chose.
We anchor young men to principles that hold when everything else shifts — God, purpose, character, and responsibility. That is their true north. Once it is fixed, every other decision has something to be measured against.
