A True North Circle Program

Leadership Labs

At True North, leadership isn’t just something we discuss. It’s something we practice.

Leadership Labs give young men opportunities to put character, faith, responsibility and leadership into action through meaningful experiences in the community.

Leadership isn't only developed in classrooms, meetings, or conversations. It's developed when we step forward to serve.

Join True North Circle Foundation Inc. for a hands-on Leadership Lab: Serve Your Community, where young men and volunteers will put compassion, character, and initiative into action by helping care for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

This experience is designed to move leadership beyond conversation and into action — giving participants an opportunity to serve real needs, develop character, work alongside others, and make a meaningful community impact.

What You Will Practice

Three Leadership Lab Principles

Every Leadership Lab is built around the same three outcomes — the reason we show up, not just what we do.

Serve

Meet real needs in our community.

Lead

Develop compassion, character, responsibility, and initiative.

Impact

Use your time and abilities to make a difference that matters.

Community Service Hours

Verified community service hours may be provided for actual volunteer service completed during eligible True North activities. Students should confirm their school or program’s requirements in advance.

Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.
Matthew 20:26

Every man needs a true north.

Bring a brother, bring your school group, or serve alongside us as a mentor.
